Designers by your side to make the most of your space and your investment

Furnish Your Room

Together we will elevate your room with a unique mix of quality furnishings curated for you from our wide range of trusted manufacturers. With our streamlined, collaborative process, you’ll feel confident knowing your new furnishings will look amazing in your space. Then, you can relax while we take care of all the details and coordination to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery day for you.

We focus on your furniture and your finishes from floor to ceiling, including window treatments. You’ll have access to semi-custom furniture and our extensive library of fabrics and finishes so that the pieces truly fit your size, use, and style goals.

Custom built-ins, bespoke furniture, art curation, and accessories styling are available additional services.

Our design fees start at $3,000 per room, and clients typical invest $20k or more on furnishings and finishes.

Full Home Foundation

This unique service is great for new homes or if you wish to refresh your home throughout. With our Design in Five process, you will avoid indecision and costly mistakes with a master plan in mind a a designer by your side!

We create a cohesive design for you that you can build on over time. We provide expert advice for space planning, style concepts, and color schemes. We provide access to designer furnishings and help you prioritize your wish list.

This approach provides you expert advice and the opportunity to spread your investment throughout the house. We can be there for you to source the key pieces for each room such as rugs, sofas, beds, and window treatments.

Our design fee for this service is approximately $1,200 per room for three or more rooms. Clients typically invest $7k or more per room.

Help! We’re renovating

Whether a full-scale renovation or just picking finishes for a refresh, you can tap into our 20 years of experience managing renovation projects to help you make smart choices for your home. We offer the flexibility of hourly consulting so that you can get the advice you need to execute the project with your own contractor.

Our design fee is $195/hour. Our Clients typically plan to budget 10 to 20 hours with a designer. The number of designer hours is less when this service is added on to a furnishings project.

Kick-off Consultation

This 2-hour session is an opportunity to talk through your project needs or get expert advice for your DIY projects. We will discuss your design goals and challenges to help guide you on your next steps. If a larger project is involved, we will answer all of your questions about our design services and take preliminary measurements so that we are ready to jump right into the design process.

Our consultation fee is $595 for up to two hours meeting with you in your space, followed by a summary of our recommendations and a proposal for any additional design services that we’ve discussed.
