Designers by your side to make the most of your space and your investment

Furnish Your Space

Together we will elevate your room with a unique mix of quality furnishings curated for you from our wide range of trusted manufacturers. With our Design in Five process, you will feel confident knowing your new furnishings will look amazing in your space. Then you can relax while we take care of all the details to ensure a smooth delivery day.

To keep this service streamlined, we focus on your finishes and furnishings from floor to ceiling, including walls and windows. Custom built-ins, bespoke furniture, art and accessories curation are available add-ons.

Design fee: $3,600 per room or $3,000 per room for 3 or more

Furnishings investment starting at $20k per room

Full Home Foundation

A unique service great for new homes or refreshes giving you expert advice, access to designer furnishings, and the opportunity to spread your investment throughout the house. We create a cohesive design that you can build on over time by space planning, defining a concept and color scheme, helping you prioritize your wish list, and sourcing the main pieces for each room such as rugs, sofas, and window treatments.

With our Design in Five process, you will avoid indecision and costly mistakes with a master plan in mind and a designer by your side!

Design fee: $4,000 for 3 rooms including 3 pieces in each;

$1,200 for each additional room

Furnishings investment starting at $8k per room ($24k first 3 rooms)

Help! We’re renovating

Whether a full scale renovation or just picking finishes for a refresh, you can tap into our 20 years of experience managing renovation projects to help you make smart choices for your home. We offer the flexibility of hourly consulting so that you can get the advice you need to execute the project with your own contractor.

Design fee $195/hour with minimum 10 hours

or minimum 2 hours as an add-on to a furnishings project

Kick-off Consultation

This 2-hour session is an opportunity to talk through your project needs or get expert advice for your DIY projects. We will discuss your design goals and challenges to help guide you on your next steps. If a larger project is involved, we will answer all of your questions about our design services and take preliminary measurements so that we are ready to jump right into the design process.

Design fee $595 for 2 hours
